The Magic of the Mark
Some Memories from a Busy But Enjoyable Year

What a great year that was, if we ignore trying to get up the M60 on ramp, wading through road works and closed Smart Motorways at night just when you want to get home, all that apart our own PGM RW Bro. Keith Alan Beardmore took us to Team visits all over the Province, out as far as Barrow in Furness, down to Urmston and Eccles, out to Blackpool and Southport, over to the famous towns steeped in Rugby history St Helens, Widnes and Wigan, and of course we had the Mark Provincial Meeting in the Spanish Hall at the Winter Gardens Blackpool which everyone present enjoyed, especially those being given Provincial Ranks and those being promoted for their hard work in promoting the Mark and attending not only their own meetings but also visiting their friends in other Lodges. I must also mention how well supported Keith was by his Deputy PGM V.W. Bro. Geoffrey Lee and his two Asst PGM’s W.Bro. Giles Berkley and V.W. Bro. John Bicknell along with members of the Secretarial Team lead by W.Bro. Michael Pinckard.

The pictures are from random events and just show some of the happiness and friendship we all share in the Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Degrees, this coming week is the very special Mark Grand Lodge Meeting in London, when our Brothers get promoted to Grand Ranks, I can remember receiving Grand Rank and that day I will always remember, being escorted up to the front and being collared, it was wonderful. As I have said many times before if you haven’t yet visited the magnificent Grand Lodge building put it on your to do list, get a friend to go along and have a great day out.
Here's looking forward to my next meeting to see old friends and those I have yet meet
